Please take a moment to review the following house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone: Pets We do not allow pets at The Bungalow unless they are assistance dogs that have been trained by an accredited provider and are certified. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please smoke in the designated area, which is the pergola located in the back garden. Cigarette butts are to be disposed of responsibly and not inside the bungalow. Parties Parties or large gatherings are not allowed at the property to maintain a peaceful environment for all. Commercial Photography Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without prior approval. Please contact us directly if you have any professional photography needs. Noise Levels Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the evenings, to respect your neighbours. Respect for Neighbours Please be considerate of your neighbours and avoid any disruptive behaviour. Maximum Occupancy The property has a set maximum occupancy limit. Please ensure that the number of guests does not exceed four people. Check-in/Check-out Times Check-in from 4.00 pm. Check out by 10.00 am. Parking No permit is needed on Cambridge Street where the bungalow is located. If you have a vehicle, please avoid blocking access to other properties and allow access to the gates. Rubbish Disposal Please dispose of rubbish and recyclables in the appropriate bins provided. These are in the pergola at the back of the property. Please remember to secure the lids on the bins to avoid any unwanted guests and mess. Damages and Losses Guests are responsible for any damages or losses that occur during their stay. Any significant damage will be charged accordingly. Safety Please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Candles Candles or any other kind of naked flame are not permitted. Please feel free to use the battery candles provided. Use of Appliances and Equipment Please use appliances and other equipment responsibly. Follow any instructions for use to avoid damage or malfunction.
